KNME is a PBS affiliate in Albuquerque, New Mexico.

1st Logo (1981-1993)

Visuals: On a cloudy background, we see the text KNME-TV with the word Albuquerque underneath it, zooms in from the bottom right of the screen.

Variant: There is a variant where "Stereo" appears at the bottom of the screen, which was used from the late 1980s to 1993.

Legacy: This logo is very low budget, and the text was rushed really bad.
