Background

L'Office de Radio et Télévision des Comores, shortened to as ORTC, is the national public broadcasting company of the Comoros. It broadcasts radio programs and a television channel in Comorian, French and Arabic: ORTC-TV.

Visuals: Over what looks like a computer-generated news room is the room dim down as a grey ball drops and rolls up the following words: "INFORMATION", "DOCUMENTAIRE", "MAGAZINE", "DIVERTESSMENT" and "DIRECT" in that order. Then, the words "ORTC" zoom in from the bottom, followed by the words "Office de Radio et Télévision des Comores", which zoom in downwards from the center.
