Background

Blue Ridge PBS is a PBS affiliate serving southwestern Virginia. Its headquarters are located in Roanoke, Virginia, where its flagship station WBRA is located.

1st Logo (2012)

Logo: On footage of a paper plane flying in the clouds, we see "Blue Ridge" in a blue italic font. Next to it is the PBS logo in blue.

Variant: An in-credit variant exists. On a chalkboard background with some equations, a ruler and an apple, we see "WHAT IT TAKES..." above in a chalk font. Below is the logo in white, and the copyright.

Technique: The camera footage

Music/Sounds: None or the end-title theme of the show.

Availability: Extinct. Seen on What It Takes....

2nd Logo (2012-2018)

Logo: On a white background, we see "This has been a presentation of" and the Blue Ridge PBS logo below it.

Technique: None, unless you count the fade-in and fade-out.

Music/Sounds: A horn tune.

Availability: Current. Can be seen on Beyond Your Backyard.
