5th Logo (February 15, 2003-May 26, 2010)

Logo: On a cloudy sunset background, we see the words "A Production of" flipping in, then the word "KUAT" in green sliding up. Finally, the words "TUCSON ARIZONA" in Times New Roman zoom out and the URL fades in.

Variants:

  • Starting in September 4, 2006, the URL is removed.
  • The daytime version includes the P-Head logo.

Technique: The logo coming together.

Music/Sounds: A 12-note orchestra tune.

Availability: Seen at the beginning of KUAT shows.


6th Logo (May 27, 2010-2014)

Logo: On a bluish-pink background, the letters of "KUAT" fold up. Then, the words "A Presentation of" in Times New Roman zoom out, "KUAT" zooms in, and "ARIZONA" appears.

Variant:

  • Starting in June 6, 2011, the background is a sunset background.
  • Starting in December 24, 2013, the logo includes the P-Head logo.

Technique: The logo coming together.

Music/Sounds: Same as the previous logo.

Music/Sound Variants:

  • Between June 6, 2011 and December 22, 2013, a different horn/orchestra tune was used.
  • Sometimes, an announcer saying "A production of KUAT Channel 6, Arizona" is used.
  • Starting in December 24, 2013, a horn/piano tune is used.
