Logo: Against a live-action background of a snow-capped peak that we fly over, we see the letters "KUED" in an Aero Extended font with cuts on the "E" & "D", colored yellow, brightly flashing and below that, the words "Salt Lake City" in a thin futuristic font, but smaller and colored red-orange, wipe in via a star, just like in the 1st Hanna-Barbera Home Video logo, and a few stars can be seen blinking on the logo, even as we fade out.
Variant: Sometimes, there's a longer version that exists. Over the peak, the logo animates in a similar fashion to the 1980 Telepictures logo, only it goes downward rather than upward. Then after the flash the logo continues as normal.
FX/SFX: The flash, the wiping in of the logo.
Music/Sounds: A loud, squeaky, five-note synth-chime tune that seems to get so loud. The longer variant has two synth-tuba notes along with a Ruby-Spears-esque "warbling" sound in the background, then continues as normal.
