Mediaset S.p.A. is an Italian media company and the largest broadcaster in the region. Originally formed as Silvio Berlusconi Communications, it derived from TeleMilano Group founded in 1978 by former prime minister Silvio Berlusconi and 38.6% of the group is still controlled by his family. The current name was introduced in 1994 and the company was set as a separate entity the following year. Mediaset held majority shares in the Netherlands-based Endemol, and it also owns Italian film producer Medusa. In 2021, the company was reincorporated in the Netherlands and restructured as MFE - MediaForEurope.

Visuals: On a black background, 2 golden bars of light slide in and wipe in the golden text "M E D I A S E T", which is spaced out to match the underline's length. After it wipes in, the emblem from the Silvio Berlusconi Communications logo fades in and the cog shines.
Variants:
Technique: CGI.
Audio: Same as the Silvio Berlusconi Communications logo, but at a slightly lower pitch.
Availability: This was used mainly as a logo for television shows. It can be seen on early reprints of the Fantaghirò series, plastering the Silvio Berlusconi Communications logo. It was also seen on other productions like Il Deserto di Fuoco.

Visuals: Over a blue spotlight background, the blue "UNA PRODUZIONE" oval banner and the RTI and Mediaset logos fly out and settle on the center. The channel logos from the previous logo (with the Retequattro logo being replaced by its successor) then slide in from below, rotate to face the screen, and glow upon settling, while the arc is drawn in between them. Basically a rework of the previous logo with improved CGI.

Visuals: There is a line of light moving down to reveal a complicated background full of glowing lights and lines. The Mediaset logo forms in the middle, being white with the cog wheel in blue. Meantime, three transparent watermarks of the Canale 5, Italia 1 and Retequattro logos float at the background.
Variants:
Technique: CGI.
Audio: Same as the previous logo, composed by Franz di Cioccio and Patrick Djivas, but a bit muffled and slowed out.
Audio variant: The filmstrip variant had a rearranged version of the jingle with more cinematic-sounding instruments and note adjustments which, like in the previous logo, is composed by Franz di Cioccio and Patrick Djivas.
