Visuals: On a black background, 2 yellow waves draw in at the same time. 2 more also draw in, but get bigger as well, with the left wave drawing the upper half of West Virginia. Below the shape, "West Virginia Public Broadcasting" fades in below, along with "WMUL".
Technique: Standard scanimate animation.
