Background

KLVX is a PBS affiliate located in Las Vegas, Nevada.

1st Logo (1990-????)

Nickname: "The Vegas Skyline"

Logo: We cut to a silhouetted shot of Las Vegas' famous casino skyline, similar to the silhouetted mountain shots in KSPS' 1980's logo. To the bottom-right is a "10" in a white square, with "KLVX" below. The text "A KLVX Presentation" can be seen on the bottom-left of the logo. A shooting star flies over the skyline.

FX/SFX: The shooting star.

Music/Sounds: A synth flute jingle.

Availability: When the original UK version of Antiques Roadshow (particularly from the Hugh Scully era) is rerun on PBS, this logo can be seen at the end.

2nd Logo (????-????)

Logo: On s purple background, we see the Las Vegas skyline. On the bottom right is a 10 in a white square, with "KLVX" below. The text "A Production of KLVX Las Vegas" fades in below, followed by the text "Post Production at".

FX/SFX: The shooting star.

Music/Sounds: Same as the 1st logo.

Availability: Seen at the end of Antiques Roadshow (UK version).


3rd Logo (2002-2004)

Logo: On an orange background, we see the text "KLVX". The text "A Production of KLVX Nevada" zooms in below, then the URL fades in.

FX/SFX: The text sliding in.

Music/Sounds: An orchestral tune, which is stock music from the APM Music library, composed by Gregor Narholz.

Availability: Seen at the end of KLVX programming.
